Wildfinder is a tool. Use it carefully, lawfully, and like a normal person.
Wildfinder is designed to support personalized business outreach for partnerships, collaborations, supplier relationships, referrals, and other professional relationships. We advocate responsible use. Our systems are built to encourage reviewed, respectful communication and may include practical limits on account activity, including email sending volume. By using Wildfinder, you agree that you are responsible for how you use the platform and for ensuring that your outreach complies with all applicable laws, regulations, provider rules, and industry standards.
Responsible use of the tool
Wildfinder is provided as a business communication and outreach support tool. It is not intended to be used for spam, deceptive messaging, harassment, scraping abuse, unlawful data use, impersonation, or any activity that crosses legal, ethical, or professional boundaries.
We encourage users to send outreach that is personalized, relevant, honest, and respectful. Wildfinder’s messaging and workflow systems are intended to guide users toward communication that feels specific and useful rather than generic or abusive. Suggestions, templates, workflows, and product guardrails do not replace your own judgment or your own legal obligations.
You are fully responsible for all content you send, all contacts you choose to reach out to, all claims you make, and all actions you take through or in connection with Wildfinder.
Wildfinder helps organize and support business outreach. It does not assume legal responsibility for how a user chooses to use it.
We advocate personalized, direct, respectful communication that stays clear of spammy, deceptive, or abusive behavior.
You are responsible for your emails, your outreach decisions, your data use, your claims, and your compliance with all applicable rules and laws.
Wildfinder may limit email activity, workflows, or account usage in order to encourage better behavior and reduce misuse.
Compliance with laws and platform rules
You agree to use Wildfinder only in ways that comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including without limitation laws relating to email, electronic communications, privacy, anti-spam, data protection, consumer protection, and intellectual property.
You are also responsible for complying with the rules, policies, and technical requirements of any third-party systems you use alongside Wildfinder, including email providers, sending services, domains, CRMs, web platforms, and data sources.
If the law, a platform provider, or an industry best practice requires notice, consent, identification, opt-out handling, suppression management, or any other outreach safeguard, it is your responsibility to implement and maintain those requirements.
Users are responsible for understanding and complying with all laws, regulations, and platform rules that apply to their outreach activity. Wildfinder may provide country-specific compliance guidance, messaging reminders, or review steps inside the product, but those materials are provided for general informational purposes only and do not replace your responsibility to understand the rules that apply to your own outreach.
Email content, personalization, and anti-spam standards
Wildfinder encourages users to write personalized and authentic outreach that is relevant to the recipient and grounded in a real business purpose, such as partnerships, collaborations, referrals, supplier relationships, or other professional conversations. Users should avoid misleading subject lines, false urgency, hidden identities, fake personalization, or messages that a reasonable recipient would consider spam.
Any templates, message suggestions, AI-assisted copy, or workflow recommendations provided by Wildfinder are offered for convenience only. They are starting points, not legal advice and not guarantees of compliance, deliverability, or positive response.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and sending every message connected to your account.
Limits, suspension, and misuse
Wildfinder may set or enforce limits on account activity, including limits on the number of emails sent per day, access to certain features, message generation, imports, exports, or other workflow actions. These controls exist in part to support more responsible usage and protect the platform.
We may suspend, restrict, investigate, or terminate access to Wildfinder if we reasonably believe an account is being used in a way that creates legal risk, violates these terms, harms third parties, damages platform integrity, or appears abusive, deceptive, spam-oriented, or otherwise improper.
We reserve the right to refuse service, disable features, or remove access at our discretion where responsible use standards are not being met.
No guarantee of outcomes
Wildfinder is offered to assist with outreach workflows and business communication, but we do not guarantee replies, meetings, sales, inbox placement, deliverability, legal compliance, sender reputation, platform approval, or business outcomes of any kind.
Results depend on many variables outside our control, including your industry, data quality, outreach decisions, email content, domain setup, sending reputation, compliance practices, and recipient behavior.
Account ownership and data entered by users
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the information you upload, enter, connect, or use in Wildfinder. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use that information in connection with your outreach activity.
You must not use Wildfinder with unlawfully obtained data, unauthorized personal data, misleading identities, or content that infringes the rights of others.
