Wildfinder Terms

Terms of Service

The grown-up version: use Wildfinder responsibly, don’t do weird stuff, and yes, the refund policy still lives here too.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Wildfinder, including its software tools, outreach workflows, business communication features, account services, website, and related functionality. Wildfinder is positioned around personalized outreach for partnerships, collaborations, supplier relationships, referrals, and other professional relationships. By using Wildfinder, you agree to these terms. The refund policy remains part of this page so billing expectations are clear and nobody has to go on a legal scavenger hunt.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing, subscribing to, purchasing, or using Wildfinder, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies referenced on this page. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You agree that you are using Wildfinder for lawful business or professional purposes and that you are responsible for your account activity, the information you submit, and the actions taken through your account.

Wildfinder may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.

Use Responsibly

Use the platform lawfully, professionally, and without turning outreach into chaos goblin behavior.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your account, your content, your outreach activity, and the actions taken through your login.

No Guaranteed Results

Wildfinder is a tool, not a magical vending machine for replies, meetings, or sales.

Refund Policy Included

Billing and refund rules are included below because surprise money drama is trash.

Use of the service

Wildfinder provides software and workflow tools that may help users organize professional outreach, prepare business communication, support relationship-based outreach, and manage related business activities. You agree to use the service only in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and reasonable standards of professional conduct.

You may not use Wildfinder to engage in unlawful spam, fraud, harassment, deceptive conduct, unauthorized scraping where prohibited, infringement of third-party rights, or any activity that could reasonably expose Wildfinder, its users, or third parties to harm, abuse, or legal risk.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access where we reasonably believe the service is being used in a prohibited, abusive, fraudulent, or clearly unsafe manner.

Accounts and subscriptions

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for protecting your login credentials. You are also responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless caused directly by Wildfinder’s own misconduct.

Paid plans may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date. Subscription details, current billing status, and plan information may be shown inside your account or billing portal where available.

We may change pricing, plan structure, features, or service availability prospectively. Any such changes will apply according to the updated billing terms communicated at the time or reflected on renewal.

No guarantee of outcomes

Wildfinder does not guarantee meetings, responses, inbox placement, deliverability, revenue, conversion rates, closed deals, communication performance, or any specific business result. Outcomes depend on many factors outside Wildfinder’s control, including offer quality, relationship fit, messaging quality, deliverability conditions, market demand, and user execution.

Wildfinder also does not guarantee that any minimum number of outreach messages will be sent on any given day, within any particular time period, or at all. Outreach activity may depend on multiple factors, including whether the user has written or approved campaign email content, activated the campaign, selected and maintained either manual approval or auto-approval settings, preserved required account and sending configurations, and complied with any applicable platform, technical, review, compliance, or operational requirements.

Where Wildfinder refers to finding or delivering up to a stated number of targets per day, including up to 20 targets per day under certain plans or workflows, that figure describes a maximum potential volume only and not a guaranteed daily minimum, average, or fixed output. Actual target volume may be lower, delayed, or unavailable on some days based on campaign criteria, market availability, geography, targeting selections, exclusions, data source coverage, platform limitations, technical conditions, review requirements, and other operational factors.

You acknowledge that Wildfinder is a software tool and workflow system, not a promise of commercial success.

Refund policy

Payments made for Wildfinder subscriptions, renewals, usage periods, and other digital service access are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun. This is because Wildfinder provides access to a digital platform and related service functionality that may be used immediately after payment is processed.

That said, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis where there appears to be a duplicate charge, a clear technical billing error, an accidental double payment, or some other unusual circumstance that reasonably justifies review.

Any refund, credit, partial refund, goodwill adjustment, or exception is made at Wildfinder’s discretion unless a refund is otherwise required under applicable law.

Situations we may review for refund or credit

We may review refund or account credit requests where there is a credible claim of duplicate billing, an obvious payment processing error, a billing issue caused by a technical malfunction, or another unusual account problem that prevented reasonable access to the service you paid for.

We may also review requests where a charge was made after a demonstrable cancellation issue, where a subscription was billed incorrectly, or where there is evidence of another clear administrative mistake.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund, but legitimate issues will be reviewed seriously and in good faith.

Situations that generally do not qualify

Refunds are generally not provided for dissatisfaction with outreach results, lack of replies, deliverability issues outside Wildfinder’s direct control, user error, failure to use the service, forgetting to cancel before renewal, changing business plans, or deciding the product is not a fit after access has already been provided.

Because Wildfinder is a tool and not a guarantee of meetings, sales, inbox placement, or outreach outcomes, business performance alone does not normally create a basis for refund.

Cancellations and future billing

If you cancel your subscription, your cancellation will generally apply to future renewal periods rather than retroactively reversing the current billing period. You may continue to have access through the remainder of the active paid period if your plan and account status allow it.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically create a refund for charges already processed unless Wildfinder separately approves that request or applicable law requires otherwise.

Intellectual property and platform rights

Wildfinder, including its branding, software, interface elements, workflows, text, design, and related materials, is owned by Wildfinder or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or its underlying technology to you.

Subject to these terms, Wildfinder grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the service for its intended purpose during your valid subscription or authorized usage period.

Service availability and limitation of liability

Wildfinder is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or perfect compatibility with every third-party tool, inbox environment, browser, or workflow setup.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wildfinder will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost revenue, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or lost opportunities arising from or related to use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wildfinder’s total liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you to Wildfinder for the service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

How to request review

If you believe a charge should be reviewed, contact us at hello@wildfinder.app and include the email tied to your account, the date of the charge, the amount charged, and a short explanation of the issue. Screenshots, receipts, or other useful billing context may help speed things up.

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after the charge appears. Older claims are harder to verify cleanly and may be harder to resolve.

Chargebacks and disputes

If there is a billing problem, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback where possible. In many cases we can review and resolve straightforward billing issues directly.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict accounts associated with fraudulent disputes, abusive chargeback behavior, or materially misleading refund claims.

Important note

This page is intended to explain Wildfinder’s general terms and billing approach in plain language. It is an operational policy and terms draft, not legal advice to users, and it should be reviewed with your own legal counsel if you want the deluxe lawyer-polished edition.
