Privacy Policy
Your data stays in service of your Wildfinder account.
Wildfinder is built to support personalized business outreach for partnerships, collaborations, supplier relationships, referrals, and other professional relationships. We use the information you provide to operate Wildfinder, support user-facing outreach features, maintain your account, and deliver the services you choose to use. We do not use your information for unrelated purposes.
How we use your information
We may collect information you provide directly to Wildfinder, including your name, email address, company name, account details, outreach preferences, saved messaging inputs, and other information you enter into your account.
We use this information only for Wildfinder-related purposes, including creating and managing your account, supporting personalized outreach workflows, organizing business communication activity, preparing user-facing messaging features, processing subscription and billing activity, improving product performance, and providing customer support.
If Wildfinder offers services that help prepare or send reviewed business emails on your behalf, your information may also be used to power those services within your account. We do not sell your personal account data to third parties.
We collect the account, workflow, and usage information needed to run Wildfinder and provide its outreach and communication features.
If you choose to connect your Google account, Wildfinder requests only the Google access needed to support the Gmail sending features shown inside the product.
You may disconnect your Google account at any time in Wildfinder account settings, and you can also revoke Wildfinder access directly from your Google account permissions.
Google account and Gmail access
If you choose to connect your Google account to Wildfinder, you authorize Wildfinder to connect to your Gmail account for the specific user-facing purpose of sending email on your behalf through the Wildfinder platform.
Wildfinder does not read your Gmail inbox messages or email replies. Wildfinder is designed so that its Google connection is used for sending email and maintaining that sending connection, not for inbox monitoring or reply reading.
When you connect your Google account, we store the authorization tokens provided by Google on our secure servers so Wildfinder can send emails on your behalf and maintain your connection without requiring you to reconnect each time.
We may store limited email metadata related to messages sent through the Wildfinder platform, such as recipient address, subject line, send status, timestamps, and related message or thread identifiers, in order to support sending history, status tracking, and user-facing email features.
Wildfinder personnel cannot access the contents of connected Gmail messages or replies, because Wildfinder does not request or obtain access to that data.
If Wildfinder ever materially changes the way it accesses or uses Google user data, Wildfinder will update this Privacy Policy and seek any additional user consent required before using that data in a new way.
Sharing and retention
We may share information only with service providers or technical partners that help us operate Wildfinder, such as hosting, payment, infrastructure, analytics, communication, or security providers, and only to the extent necessary for those Wildfinder services to function.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights or safety of Wildfinder or its users, to investigate misuse or fraud, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate Wildfinder, maintain records, provide support, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. This may include account records, Google authorization tokens while the connection remains active, and limited sent-email metadata needed for Wildfinder sending history and platform functionality.
Cookies, analytics, and security
Wildfinder may use cookies, session tools, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure feature usage, maintain platform performance, and improve the overall product experience.
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational steps to protect stored information and reduce the risk of unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but protecting user data is a priority in how Wildfinder is built and operated.
Google user data accessed through Wildfinder is used only to provide or improve prominent user-facing Wildfinder features. Wildfinder does not sell Google user data and does not use Google user data for advertising.
Your choices
You may update certain account information through your Wildfinder account or by contacting us. If you no longer want Wildfinder connected to your Google account, you can disconnect the connection within your Wildfinder account settings.
You may also revoke Wildfinder access directly through your Google account permissions. Disconnecting or revoking access may limit or disable Gmail sending features that depend on that connection.
You may contact us with questions about your stored information, requests related to your account, or support needs related to connected services.
